We can quote you by the hour or give you a written bid for larger jobs.
We won't quote you a cheap price on the phone & then arrive looking to raise money on you in other areas!
We don't tack on extras to get the price back up.
We charge by the job or by the hour. We have a few jobs such as water heaters that we are able to quote a price upfront or we come out to give you an estimate. We don't do overall UPFRONT pricing - and highly recommend never using it!!! Larry wrote articles published in national plumbing trade magazines speaking out for customers against overall up front pricing. They make it sound wonderful, like you'll know upfront what you will be paying & won't get ripped off. It's just the opposite!! Upfront pricing only works for the company since it requires the service tech to OVERcharge you up front. Companies must cover any scenario that will come up (regardless if it does or not). They also charge ridiculous truck charges just to come give you the upfront price (and you don't get that back unless you hire them at the higher prices). Stay away from overall upfront pricing for any type of service you hire! (You will thank us for that tip).
